1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items:
- Vinyl records (unopened with shrink wrap intact)
- CDs and DVDs (unopened with seal intact)
- Video games (unopened with original packaging)
- Merchandise and clothing (unworn with tags attached)
- Collectibles and accessories (in original condition)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened vinyl records, CDs, DVDs, or video games
- Digital downloads and streaming codes
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at returns@Rotikapracart.pk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Return Authorization
We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days. This number must be included with your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include:
- The item with all accessories
- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- The Return Authorization number
4. Return Shipping
- Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Wrong Item Received: We cover return shipping and send correct item
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For JazzCash/Easypaisa payments, refunds are sent directly to your wallet
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
Refund Amounts:
- Full refund: Item returned in original condition within 14 days
- Partial refund: Items returned opened or after 14 days (at our discretion)
- No refund: Items damaged due to customer misuse or outside return window
6. Exchanges
We can exchange items for a different size or product of equal value:
- Follow the same return process as above
- Specify the item you'd like in exchange
- If the new item costs more, you'll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we'll refund the difference
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at support@Rotikapracart.pk
- Include photos of the damage
- We will send a replacement at no extra cost
- Or provide a full refund, including shipping costs
For vinyl records: Minor warping or cosmetic imperfections on records are common and may not affect playability. Please contact us if you have concerns about record quality.
8. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it ships (usually within 24 hours)
- Contact us at support@Rotikapracart.pk with your order number
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund:
- Check your JazzCash/Easypaisa account (may take 3-5 business days)
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- Email us at support@Rotikapracart.pk with your order number and refund date
